Therapy & Counseling
C&B provides psychological and therapy services, including CBT for adults, children and families. We are a mental and behavioral health outpatient treatment center located in the Charleston area with extensive office hours, offering a comprehensive range of psychological and counseling services to support the well-being of individuals, couples, and families. We are conveniently located in West Ashley, near both downtown Charleston and I-526.
We provide both In-Person and Telehealth services.
Cognitive & Behavioral Therapy
Our therapists are proficient in the delivery of both individual and family therapy from a cognitive and behavioral therapy (CBT) perspective. CBT emphasizes the connection between thoughts, behaviors and feelings and works to alter both maladaptive thought patterns and maladaptive behavioral patterns to promote skill development, emotional regulation and overall quality of life. Our clinicians are also able to approach treatment from other therapeutic perspectives as appropriate.

Our therapists work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and behavioral problems such as ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, oppositional defiant disorders, trauma exposure, personality disorders, and substance use disorders.
Our treatment providers are also experienced in assisting women experiencing pregnancy and postpartum difficulties and men and women struggling with chronic medical problems such as heart disease, diabetes, cancer and pain.
